With more than 25 years’ experience in the shopping centre industry, mainly in leasing, Sylvain holds the position of Leasing Director for Cominar since the end of 2014.
Throughout the years, he acquired significant expertise by working with landlords such as Cliffton, SITQ, Cogir, Sandalwood and Ivanhoé Cambridge in the Québec area, as well as in New Brunswick.
Real estate broker, Sylvain also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Université Laval, and various certifications.
